Stephanie was great in helping me with the warranty set up. I had a lot of questions regarding coverage. She answered my concerns. Most of these warranty’s cover little of your repairs. Total 360 covers more than others. I’m very satisfied with my coverage. I was worried at first.

Spoke to both sales reps Paige has been great explained everything missed a couple of things like advising of having to get transmission fluid and differential fluid changed within 12m of purchased warranty and $300 deductible not $150. waiting verification on the deductible. but she is human nothing major overall very nice and easy to work with and answers any questions you have withing a timely manner and best of all is based in usa North Carolina so I will never speak with over seas call center on any claims made . SOLD!!! TY Paige for making my purchasing warranty so smooth and easy and explaining coverages of each tier and payment plans availiable. Now I believe I can have peace of mind on any repairs that may arise to keep these wheels turning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOTAL 360.

The team at Total360 (Stephanie in particular) are great. She was an excellent communicator, and super knowledgeable about the products. Walled my team and I through each step, with clear, concise communication. Would recommend to anyone looking for a warranty.
