Just wanted to thank the 360 team for their professionalism and knowing the importance to getting all driver’s back on the road team definitely have your back when it comes to this. My thanks the Page who go above and beyond to explain and answer all questions about warranty coverage very professional and courteous as well as Ashley who also take time explaining and answering questions about warranty coverage. And my thanks to Karen in claims who answered my breakdown call at 4am in the morning who began to process my claim and did follow up later that morning. Special thanks to Nick Velasco really appreciate you taking the time to process claim and communicating with me and shop to get repairs approved and tractor back on the road. Nick professionalism and understanding the importance of every driver to be back on the road was able to get tractor repaired before repair deadline. Thanks Nick for getting me back on the road sooner. Really appreciate the 360 team having my back which allows me to do my job with comfort knowing that any breakdowns to occur I know the 360 team is working hard on my behalf to get me back on the road. Buenas tardes, escribo el día de hoy para informar que estoy sumamente agradecido y complacido con los servicios ofrecidos por el departamento de Claims de mi seguro Total 360. Cuando llame para comunicarme con ese departamento e informar sobre el problema con mi camion fui atendido muy cordial y amablemente por una señora que me explicó todo lo que debía hacer y luego recibí en unos minutos el correo electrónico para enviar toda la información requerida. Fui atendido de manera inmediata y recibí también la respuesta en solo horas. Les insto a que continúen con tan excelente trabajo, linda tarde para todos.
