Total360™ Coverage Details and the Claims Process
Insights from RV Haulers
Choosing the right coverage for a heavy-duty truck isn’t just about what’s covered—it’s also about how easy the process is when something goes wrong. In a recent interview with Gregg Shields of RV Haulers, he outlined how Total360™ coverage is structured and what customers can expect throughout the claims process.
Flexible Coverage Options
Total360™ offers three coverage tiers: good, better, and best. This allows customers to choose the level of protection that fits their needs. At the highest tier, coverage includes up to 500 components, offering broad protection across major truck systems.
Total360™ coverage applies to trucks up to 30 years old and does not include mileage caps, making it a practical option for both newer and older vehicles.
A Frictionless Enrollment Process
One of the key advantages of Total360 is the simplicity of getting coverage. Agreement submissions are typically approved within 24 hours, and customers are not required to complete inspections or provide ECM reports when coverage is activated.
This streamlined approach removes common barriers and allows customers to secure coverage quickly. While inspections are required at the time of a claim, the initial onboarding process is designed to be efficient and customer-friendly.
Real-World Claims Experience
Gregg Shields shared firsthand experience with Total360™. When one of their own RV haulers experienced a transmission failure, Total360™ worked directly with the repair facility, communicated clearly throughout the process, and performed the necessary due diligence to move the claim forward.
For RV Haulers, that responsiveness and reliability reinforced the value of having coverage that performs when it’s actually needed.
Coverage That Works in Real Conditions
Total360™ is built around real-world use, not unnecessary red tape. From flexible coverage tiers to efficient claims handling, the focus is on minimizing downtime and helping customers get back on the road as quickly as possible.
